It always feel better sharing how you feel and subsequently being reciprocated for that energy.
It's when you keep your feelings to yourself or someone else suppresses your feelings by ignoring them where the true problems actually lie.
Quick fix: Talk to someone. Let it out. If you talk to someone who ignores your feelings in any way - makes you feel drained afterwards... Let them go, don't be mad that just as far as they have met themselves.
